Its... well exactly what it sounds like. Using a GoogleMap-esque map you can chart out a walking path, and it will tell you the miles you would be walking. Add in a little personal information like height and weight, and it can estimate how many calories you'll burn on the walk.
Food wise, I'm doing pretty good. I'm trying to cut back on my flavored beverages and stick to water. I used to like water better than any other drink, but my taste buds have gotten spoiled. I'm weaning them off slowly...
Skinny Cow Ice Cream bars are a wonderful alternative for a big bowl of ice cream! They taste amazing, even my bf likes them! (And hes a man of VERY discriminating tastes).
